ADEOYE MAPADERUN
CHAIRMAN
Mr. Adeoye Mapaderun possesses over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He started his career at Societe Generale Bank in 1983 and left in 1990 as Branch Manager to join Trans International Bank as Senior Manager. He became Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Accord Savings & Loans Ltd. in 1993 and left in 2014 to set up his consulting firm.
Adeoye Mapaderun holds a Masters of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan and holds diplomas in Housing Finance and Mortgage Securitization from the Prestigious University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School.
Mr. Mapaderun is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and the Nigerian Institute of Management. He serves as an Independent Director.
ADELANA HAASTRUP
MD/CEO
Mr. Adelana Haastrup is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Co-Link. He holds a Master of Arts in Political Economy from the University of Essex and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Having worked as Special Assistant to the Director-General of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, he joined the Banking Industry in 1985 as Special Assistant to the Managing Director of Nigeria-Arab Bank. He later moved to Société Générale Bank, where he rose to the position of General Manager, Corporate Banking & Investments, and left the Bank as General Manager, Commercial Banking, in 2002.
He joined Co-Link in 2002 as Managing Director and has built an enviable track record. He is a member of the Institute of Directors.
IBIRONKE HAASTRUP
COO
Mrs. Ibironke Haastrup is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Co-Link Investment Management Company Ltd. She holds a degree in English from Ogun State University and possesses over 20 years of experience in finance and investment.
Before joining Co-Link, she started her career at DHL as a Marketing Services Executive and left in 1991 as the Marketing Services Coordinator. She also worked as an Independent Recruitment Consultant for the firm of Ove Arup Consulting Engineers between 1994 and 1995.
Ibironke Haastrup joined Co-Link as the Pioneer Senior Manager and served as General Manager before assuming her current role as Chief Operating Officer in 2002. Her primary responsibility is overseeing Co-Link’s Retail Lending activities. She has attended several local and international courses on Lending, Marketing, Management, and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
IGNATIUS ADEGUNLE

Mr. Ignatius Adegunle has over 34 years of experience in the professional services industry. Having started his career at the globally reputable accounting firm of KPMG, he rose to the position of Partner before joining Akintola Williams Deloitte as Tax Partner in 2002. Currently, Ignatius Adegunle is the Senior Partner/Chief Executive Officer of ACTS Professional Services.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
FOLASADE ADEBAYO
DIRECTOR
Mrs. Folasade Adebayo is a Legal Practitioner and a highly experienced business professional with a deep wealth of broad–based experience in both financial and non–financial institutions.
She holds degrees in Applied Economics and Law with a Master’s in International Relations. She started her career as a banker at Eko International Bank Plc (1988), after which she was seconded to Nigerian Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc (NIBSS) as the Pioneer, Head of Personnel & Administration, and Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser (1994).
She worked with different banks during and through the turbulent days of re-capitalisation and banking consolidation. She retired from banking as a General Manager in Sterling Bank Plc (2011) by which time she had functioned in different capacities in the Legal, Human Resources & Training, General Administration, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Business, Product Liabilities & Product Development and Financial areas.
She subsequently entered private legal practice as an associate at Akinlawon & Ajomo and a consultant at the law firm of Hackman & Co., where she led various corporate restructuring, litigation, administration, and company secretarial duties for her clients.
Mrs. Adebayo is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Senior Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and a qualified mediator of the Lagos Multi-door Court House, Lagos.
ARIYO OLUSHEKUN
DIRECTOR
Mr. Ariyo Olushekun is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He is an authorised dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and is duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission. He holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and has over 30 years of cognate experience in Capital Market operations.
Ariyo Olushekun has served as the President of the Institute of Stockbrokers, the Director of Administration, and as the Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria. He is the CEO of Capital Assets Limited, a stockbroking firm.
